WORLD DAY OF PRAYER FOR VOCATIONS Today we are asked to join in fervent prayer for vocations to the priesthood, to the consecrated life and to missionary service. May all Christian communities become authentic schools of prayer. John Paul II

NINE HOLY HOURS to pray for vocations and the growth of the Church - first Thursday of each month in June, July, September, October, November, December 04 and February, March, April 05. These Holy Hours will be directed between 11am - 12 noon. Please make a special effort to come and pray.

TODAY WE WELCOME Rachael, Emily, Hero, Emma, Clare, Olivia, Emily, Izabella, Effie, and Julia of Queen Margaret's School who are being Confirmed at the 11am Mass. Please keep them and their families in your prayers.

FIRST COMMUNION PREPARATION Theme 'Remembering'. Remembering means more than recalling past events; it means making past events alive in the present. In telling the stories from scripture, we remember our history as the family of God. In the Eucharist, we remember all that Jesus did and continues to do for us. Besides sharing a common religious heritage, each family has its own personal story to tell. We keep this heritage alive though the stories our grandparents, parents and relatives share. Remembering is a gift that offers us roots, helps us to recognize our oneness, and provides a base for our growth as family. Remembering helps us know who we are.
