Concelebrated Mass at 7pm followed by refreshments in the Rectory and Garden. The next planning meeting takes place on Wednesday 17 at 7.30pm in the Sacristy. All very welcome. The Irish Night last Saturday raised £821.20 - a wonderful achievement and a great night enjoyed by all. APF RED MISSION BOXES: The contents of your boxes will be collected in this weekend. SUNDAY SCRIPTURE: Our Scripture meetings take place on Wednesdays at 8pm in the Upper Room for Ministers of the Word and all interested. PARISH PILGRIMAGE TO LOURDES - meeting for all travelling. Monday 15 May, 7.30pm in the Upper Room. BISHOP AUGUSTINE HARRIS The official Mass to celebrate Bishop Harris' 40 years as a Bishop will be held at Liverpool Cathedral on 22 June at 6.00pm. Hopefully there will be a coach travelling from York - if you would like to book a seat please put your name on the list in the porch. The fare will be between £10.00 and £15.00. There will be a reception after Mass for all those who attend. CHURCH TOWER The work on the tower has been completed satisfactorily at a cost of £l04,000 and hopefully will last for many years to come. Thanks for your continuing support.
