Tuesday - Friday:12.10pm
Saturday:10am St Margaret Clitherow Shrine
Holydays:Vigil 6.30pm; 10am and 12.10pm
Morning Prayer:Monday - Friday 8.45am

ADVENT CELEBRATION of the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the York Pastoral Area takes place on Saturday 21 December, 2.30pm here at St Wilfrid's. The Priests of the Pastoral Area will be available to hear Confessions.

PARISH MINISTRIES: Church Cleaning, Serving on the Shop, Welcoming people to Mass, Liturgy of the Word with Children, Music, Cantor, Reader, Catechist, Serving Tea & Coffee after Sunday Masses, Flower Arranging, Procession with the Gifts etc. Please see list in the porch if you can help.

CHURCH CLEANING for Christmas. Monday 23 for just one hour. Please see list in porch. More people are needed for the cleaning rota for 2003 - can you help?

CRIB SERVICE (Tuesday 24 December) - All who would like to help are invited to a meeting on Monday (16 December), 8pm in the Upper Room.

BAPTISM CONGRATULATIONS : Today we welcome Olivia Kathleen Williams into the Church. Please keep her and all her family in your prayer.

MARRIAGE PREPARATION: All couples planning to marry at St Wilfrid's are requested to attend one of the courses provided at St Bede's Pastoral Centre, Blossom Street. Dates for 2003 are: Saturdays 8 March, 7 June & 15 November.

RCIA : Our Tuesday meetings will reconvene after the Christmas break - 14 January.

ASCENT (an International movement for Christians of 50 years plus). The next meeting of the City Centre Group is Wednesday 29 January, 12.45 - 3pm in the Upper Room. Those who would like to attend the Christmas Lunch on Tues 14 Jan at the Jacobean, are asked to please ring the rectory to put their names on the list.

50TH DIOCESAN PILGRIMAGE TO LOURDES (23 - 30 May 2003) : If you, or anyone you know, wish to travel with the Diocese as sick pilgrims please see notice on board in porch or ring the rectory for further details.

FLOWERS FOR CHRISTMAS : To help beautify the Church for Christmas a retiring collection will be taken this weekend.
