FIRST COMMIJNION PREPARATION Theme 'Remembering' Parents Meeting: Thursday 22 April 7.30pm Children's Gathering: Saturday 24 April 10-11am Parish Celebration: Sunday 9 May 11.00am CONGRATULATIONS to Ailish Marie Beal who was baptised on Easter Sunday and to Megan Elizabeth Shepherd, who was baptised yesterday. CANON JOE O' MAHONY celebrated his diamond jubilee of priesthood last Friday. Many of you will know him and his family as he was brought up in St Wilfrid's Parish. We congratulate Canon Joe and remember him in our prayers. MARK LOUGHLIN a brother of Fr Michael who served in this parish, died tragically in a car accident recently. He leaves a young widow and six children. We remember all the family at this sad time. PARISH FINANCE Thanks to those who have responded to the appeal for increasing the parish income.
