FIRST COMMUNION: We welcome to the Eucharist for the first time today, Maeve, Benjamin, Kieran, Eve, James, Patrick, Ailish, Christina, Patrick, Hannah, Pippa and Douglas. We congratulate the children and their parents and pray for them today and in the future.

CONFIRMATION: Last Wednesday Bishop Terence Patrick Confirmed our young candidates at Our Lady's Church. We are very fortunate to have such dedicated young people in our parish. They are now fully initiated members of the Church and we look forward to their continuing involvement in this community.

CONGRATULATIONS AND WELCOME to Evie Isobel Ackerley who was baptised into the Christian community last week.

MASS AND ANOINTING OF THE SICK - 11.00am Sunday 1 June. If you can help with transport please put your name on the list at the Paper Stall. You may be aware of some person needing transport to this Mass, if so, please let Canon Michael know on telephone 624767. The Anointing is for those whose health is serious impaired by sickness or old age. While it is not intended for a minor illness, it can be received where there is a need for deep healing of the spirit or the body.

CAFOD UNEARTH JUSTICE PHOTOGRAPHIC EXHIBITION, Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 June in St Wilfrid's Church. CAFOD would be very grateful if you could spare any time from half an hour to a couple of hours between 9.30am and 6.00pm over these 2 days.
