RITE OF WELCOME Next Sunday at our 11.00am Mass we have the privilege of welcoming Kirsty and Tina into our community. This is a step towards full initiation into the Church. Please keep all who are on this journey in your prayers. Yesterday (Saturday) they and others from around the Diocese gathered for a Retreat at St Aelred's. This is part of their preparation for the Rite of Election (Sunday 5 March at the Cathedral) and reception into the Church at Easter.
WITH HEARTS AND MINDS - a series of meetings has been arranged, as part of our Lenten Programme, on this document produced by the Bishops of England and Wales - Wednesdays of Lent starting on Ash Wednesday at 7.30pm in the Sacristy. An afternoon opportunity is also offered on Tuesdays of Lent starting on 28 February at 1.15pm. Those who attend the 12.10pm Mass are invited to bring a packed lunch - tea and coffee will be provided.
TOWER REPAIRS As you will have seen the work has started and will last about 10 weeks. Sorry for any inconvenience.
LITURGY OF THE WORD WITH CHILDREN - a meeting for all involved in this ministry or who would like to be involved takes place on Thursday 2 March at 730pm.
CANON MICHAEL'S RUBY JUBILEE - Monday 12 June 2006. Concelebrated Mass at 7.00pm, followed by refreshments. Further details later.

CHRISM MASS Tuesday 11 April, 12 noon at the Cathedral, Middlesbrough. Please put your name on the list in the porch if you would like a seat on the coach - £5.
UPDATE OF PARISH RECORDS I would be grateful if you would complete the pink form as soon as possible. This will help the Diocese determine the way ahead in its planning as well as giving us an up to date register of our Mass goers.
