OUR EASTER CELEBRATIONS: Thanks to all who prepared for and all who participated in our Easter Triduum - it was wonderful to see so many people celebrating the Risen Lord. A sincere thanks for all your greetings and gifts to me.

MARRIAGE PREPARATION: The next course for couples intending to be married here at St Wilfrid's takes place on Saturday 7 June, 10am - 4.30pm at St Bede's Pastoral Centre, Blossom Street. To book a place please call 789115.

ASCENT: The York Central Group meet again on Wednesday next (30 April) 12.45pm to 3pm in the Upper Room starting with a shared lunch. All 50 years plus are most welcome. Monies for the Chatsworth House trip (14 May) will be collected in then.

LITURGY PREPARATION for June, Thur. at 7pm in the Upper Room. All welcome.

CONGRATULATIONS to Lisa Thompson and Glen DeSouza who were married here this weekend. Also to Max Mitchell who is to be Baptised today. We remember these young people and their families in our prayer.

OLIVIA BREFFIT will be speaking to us at our Sunday morning Masses this weekend about her time working in Mother Teresa's community in Calcutta.
