You don't need to be particularly strong or musical, and age isn't an issue either. Rest assured, you won't go flying up in the air - we like to keep our feet firmly on the ground! We practice every Thursday evening from 7.30 until 9pm, ring before the 11am Mass on Sunday, and have regular social events too.
