NEW SUNDAY MASS TIMES BEGINNING JANUARY 2004

Vigil 6.15pm, 8.30am and 11.00am

HARVEST FAST DAY - Friday 3 October. This coming Friday is CAFOD Fast Day. When you give something up on Fast Day and share what you have, you prove that poverty is not inevitable. Please take an envelope home with you and remember to fill in the attached Gift Aid form if you are a taxpayer. Thank you. Today we welcome Mrs Betty East, Diocesan Justice and Peace Fieldworker, who will tell us a little about the work of CAFOD.

BAPTISM PREPARATION If you have a child for Baptism please get in touch with Canon Michael. Next course - Saturdays 4, 11, 18 and 25 October, 2- 3pm in the Upper Room.

FIRST COMMUNION PREPARATION Our first theme is 'Celebrating'. We start with our Parents Meeting on Thursday 9 Oct. at 7.30pm in the Upper Room.

TRAIDCRAFT EVENT Friday 3 and Saturday 4 October at St Martin's Church, Coney Street 10.30 - 4.30. Fair Trade Cafe open for drinks and snacks. All welcome.

ONGOING FORMATION 'Teachings in Prayer' September 30 and 7 October at English Martyrs Hall. All welcome. Further details on Noticeboard.

ST WILFRID'S FUNDRAISING AT ST CRUX - Tuesday 14 October.

DAY OF REFLECTION - Thursday 9 October, 10.30am-3pm at English Martyrs Hall, Dalton Terrace. The day will be led by Father Gerry Mulligan. All welcome.
