Evangelium Course - discover the faith or enrich it
- Are you a Catholic who would like to know more about your faith or enrich your life of prayer?
- Are you interested in becoming a Catholic through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults?
- Are you a parent with a child preparing for First Holy Communion or Confirmation?
- Are you curious to know more about a faith that shaped the history of the world?
The Evangelium Course is a systematic presentation of the Catholic Faith through Catholic culture. It is for people with questions like these. The course will run at St Wilfrid’s from September to May on Wednesdays in the Upper Room starting on 10th September. Sessions will begin at 7pm, followed by refreshments from about 8pm with a chance to ask questions or talk informally about the matters raised. We end with a short period of prayer in church until about 8.45pm. There is no cost, no enrolment…. Just turn up.
